Can you make Safari auto refresh?
Auto Refresh Pro for Safari is a nice looking and easy to use Safari extension that will help you to auto-refresh/reload web pages at a predefined interval time. Just run the application, enable the Auto Refresh Pro extension in your Safari browser, choose the interval to automatically reload a webpage and that is all.
To reload a page, choose View > Reload Page, or press Command-R. If you can't reload, make sure that you're connected to the internet. If you still can't reload: Press Command-Q to quit Safari.
A downward swipe on any webpage is all it takes to refresh a webpage in Safari. This alternative to having to tap on the reload icon is especially useful if you like to keep the address bar at the top of the screen, where tapping the reload icon can be less convenient.
- Open Settings.
- Tap General.
- Tap Background App Refresh.
- Slide the Background App Refresh button to "on".
Select Extensions and click Get more extensions at the bottom of the page. Search for the Auto Reload Page Extension and click Add to Chrome. On the pop-up notification, click Add Extension. The Auto Reload Page Extension icon should now appear on the right side of the address bar.
A hard refresh is a way of clearing the browser's cache for a specific page, to force it to load the most recent version of a page. Although storing pages to the browsers cache makes your Filecamp loading faster, it can mean that Filecamp updates aren't always visible until you perform a hard refresh.
In addition to the cmd+r shortcut, most Mac browsers include a refresh button in their toolbar.
Pressing the F5 function key can act as a keyboard shortcut to refresh the Windows desktop screen.

120hz ProMotion for Macbook Pro is not enabled on Safari
Safari scrolling of 120hz is not supported. Scrolling with inertia only triggers a 60hz scrolling event instead of 120hz.
