Where is the refresh button on Safari?

Simple Refresh for Safari automatically refreshes tabs in the background. You can customize the refresh interval individually for each tab, from 1 seconds up to 10 minutes (600 seconds)!
On any Internet browser, you can press the F5 to reload a page. If you don't have an F5 key, you may also press the Ctrl + R shortcut keys. Pressing Ctrl + F5 forces a full refresh of the page, causing the browser not to load any page content from cache.

It will ask you if you are sure you want to remove all data stored by websites on your computer.
Press and hold the Home button. When you return to your home screen or passcode screen, let go of the Home button. Your iPhone has been refreshed.
To enable the clearing of cache and hard reloading in Safari for Mac, use the shortcut combination Shift+Command+R on the Safari Web Inspector. To force clear a single page's cache, click on the Reload option on the browser while holding the shift key in the address or search bar.
Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Displays. Click the Refresh Rate pop-up menu and choose a refresh rate.

- Select Data usage.
- Scroll down to the Mobile section and tap Mobile data usage.
- Select the app from below the usage graph.
- Turn on Allow background data usage.
